1. I'm on a fixed income. Can I get help with my utility bills?: If you call to speak with one of our nurses, help may be available. The nurse will see if you are income eligible for one of several programs offered for residents on a fixed income. All information shared is confidential.

2. What do I need to submit to the Health Department for a Notification of Demolition?: You need to submit an application which is available online. You also need to submit a certified pest control report and a complete asbestos report done by an asbestos inspector (which contains initial sampling results, asbestos removal, and final air sampling results). This is required for all structures (i.e., houses, garages, and even sheds.)

3. How often are restaurants inspected in town?: They are routinely inspected every 6 months. They may require additional visits due to a re-inspection or to follow-up with a complaint.

4. Should I report my positive home antigen test to Needham Public Health?: You may report a positive home antigen test results to Needham Public Health via this Google Form. This is for case tracking purposes for Needham Public Health and to help provide you with the isolation guidance. Due to the case numbers, Needham Public Health is unable to follow up with you regarding your test result. Please visit mass.gov/isol8 to view the full state isolation and quarantine guidance.
