Today, Secretary Rebecca Tepper of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs declared the Southeast Region has been downgraded to Drought Level 0 – Normal Conditions, joining the Connecticut River Valley, Western, Central, and Northeast Regions.
As a result, the Town of Needham has lifted all restrictions on outdoor water use effective immediately.
