The community is invited to the Town’s Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 26th at Memorial Field at 11:45 am. Prior to the ceremony, observances will be held at various memorials around town. The schedule is as follows:
- 8:15 am - Remembrance Event at the Public Safey Complex
- 9:00 am - St. Mary’s Cemetery
- 9:45 am - Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Cefalo Drive
- 10:30 am - Needham Cemetery
- 11:15 am - Town Common
- 11:45 am - Memorial Park
The Exchange Club will be on hand at the Memorial Park ceremony at 11:45 am with complimentary coffee and donuts for attendees. Following this ceremony, the Needham VFW Post 2498 will host a collation at the VFW Hall, 20 Junction Street. All are welcome at these events.
