Due to a printing error by the third-party printer used by the Town of Needham to print and mail real estate tax bills, some of the 3rd-quarter tax bills recently sent to both residential and commercial property owners have been mailed to the wrong address.  If you have recently received a real estate tax bill in the mail from the Town, please review the Property Description. If your Property Description is correct, then your bill is correct. If your Property Description is for a different address, please disregard it as the information on the bill may pertain to another property and was mailed to the wrong address. 

The Town is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will be mailing revised 3rd quarter real estate tax bills with the corrected information to those affected.
