The Board of Registrars, the Town Clerk’s Office, and appointed election workers will meet beginning Monday, February 26,2024 at 10 am in Powers Hall in Needham Town Hall, 1471 Highland Avenue, to Advance Remove and Advance Deposit the Vote-by-Mail ballots, Early In-Person ballots, and Absentee ballots. The process will continue daily from 10 am to 4 pm through Friday, March 1, 2024 or longer as needed. This will include all ballots received and recorded in VRIS prior to the first day of advance removal and deposit. All ballots received on Election Day will be sent to the polls with police officers.
Advance Removal and Deposit is open to the public. Please email Town Clerk Tedi Eaton at teaton@needhammagov if you plan to attend any of these sessions. Any processing sessions held after March 1, 2024 will be held in available rooms at Town Hall.
