Responsibilities
The Administration Division is charged with permitting spaces (such as gyms, cafeterias, and parking lots) in all schools after 6 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends. The division must balance the needs of the schools, town departments, and the community at large while ensuring sufficient time is dedicated to the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: The Event Manager space permitting platform is NOT used for permitting school fields/park spaces. If you would like to reserve these spaces, please use the request form on the Park & Recreation Department website.
